We will begin with a nice French Chablis followed by a Morgon Beaujolais, a Bourgogne Pinot Noir, and a Saumur Champigny Cabernet Franc. Then thinking of apple pie we will taste a delicious sparkling hard cider created from 30 different cultivars of apple. We will finish with a world-renowned French dessert wine from Sauternes.
